We only stayed 2 nights or I absolutely would have requested another blanket. The coffee was outstandingly bad. I ended up tossing it. Thankfully this hotel is minutes from so many great restaurants, bars, and cafes! We went to Beatrix (2min walk) for coffees and pastries. Also, the wi-fi kept disconnecting every time we could go out and return so that was annoying. When you back to the room, you have to reconnect manually. Minor things that to me - don't ruin the overall experience but could definitely be improved on. Otherwise, great location, easy check in/out, price reasonable, parking excellent, room was clean. It's what you would expect from this type of hotel. We would absolutely return and we recommend this hotel."

Convenient for food and other shopping necessities. You do have to pay for parking, which is really simple, typically 50 a night."

If you’re comfortable walking the location is between 7-20min from destinations. Area is easy to find and great food/bars close by. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff Jordan & Wallace were AMAZING! they had wonderful suggestions and were very friendly to talk to :) will definitely recommend!"

What's good: the location is absolutely perfect for doing all kinds of things in downtown Chicago. There are a bunch of great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, and it's also completely reasonable to walk to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier, and Millennium Park (I did all 3). The service was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly. The room, while compact, was a perfect size for me as a solo traveler. And the price was one of the best I could find in this area. What's not so good: there's only one elevator and it's slow. The lobby and the room were in okay condition but could have used a bit of cosmetic touching-up. The bed was very soft and squishy, which I don't like. And like other reviewers have said, the AC units are very loud; loud enough to wake you up. Lastly, forget about bringing a car if you're staying here: the parking rate is absolutely awful. (I fortunately did not bring a car, and I would advise anyone traveling to Chicago not to bring one either, as the L is a very good transit system, and trying to drive or park a car anywhere in downtown Chicago would probably be nothing but pain and suffering anyway.)"
