3 months ago"Read recently took a trip to los angeles.This past weekend and we booked two rooms for our large family.The assistant managerFred is absolutely amazing. 2 of my sons checked in earlier, and they had surrounds with them, and Fred offered to allow my kids to lock their bikes into a room down on the 1st floor where they could keep an eye on it. And it would be safe, amazing. Amazing customer service. Such a genuine, nice property. All of the staff was very accommodating. I can't say enough good for the assistant manager check-in. Was an absolute breeze. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were extraordinarily large and very clean. This is going to be the only place we see. Stay on all our future trips to LA I can't say enough good about this hotel"

3 weeks ago"Rooms old but clean, friendly staff, good price for area. If youre a traveler this is probably the best location in Los Angeles if you don't have a car. Literally across the street the Sepulveda/expo train takes you to Santa Monica Pier to the west and downtown LA to the east, with stops everywhere in between. And the Sepulveda green line takes you to and from the airport, with a stop literally in front of the Royal Palace Inn."

3 months ago"A well maintained albeit dated hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms staffed by both good management and staff. The service makes up for any age of the structure. Management is quick to address concerns. I have stayed here three times now on business. And will return."
