5 months ago"A Vega TX institution. Recently painted and updated this iconic motel is a solid choice for lodging and is a convenient place to stop and rest while traveling on Route 66. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Everything you need and nothing you do not. The ottoman and chair in room could use a good steam clean and the front desk clerk could do with a personality, minor issues in an otherwise 5 star experience if clean, comfortable, convenient and cost efficient are your Benchmarks. 8 months ago"Great little motel just west of Amarillo. Clean and spacious rooms, a little dated, but overall a great place to sleep for the night. The bathroom was huge, and the beds were quite comfy! Will definitely stay here again!"
