"This is the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the country. The owners Kathy and Steve (and co-hosts Greycat and Socks) go to every length to ensure every guest’s stay is special. Do not miss the incredible breakfast that they serve every morning. The menu goes up on the TV in the dining room every evening, but if you have dietary restrictions that you notify them about in advance, they will accommodate you. I have a dairy allergy, and both Kathy and Steve were very attentive to ensuring that I had a delicious breakfast each morning. Additionally, the cats Greycat and Socks add a special touch to the whole experience. We got to interact with and pet both of them each day during our stay, and it made us miss our own furbabies a little bit less! Lastly, the parking and location can’t be beat. It was great to park for free in the highly coveted Old Town parking lot and easily walk to restaurants and shops. The location is also very close to the highway, which made getting to the state and national parks extremely easy. I highly recommend staying here and using Kathy and Steve’s Albuquerque recs to plan your trip."

"My partner Tim and I just stayed in the Route 66 Room (December 2025) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect from the beautifully styled room itself (including a lovely separate private little sitting room) to our wonderful hosts Steve and Kathy who cooked up an amazing breakfast for us… and don’t forget Socks and Ginger cat who loved a pat. The only disappointment was that we had only one night as we would have loved to stay longer. This lovely B&B is not to be missed!"

"We stopped here on our way from SC to Sedona. The house is so charming and our host Cathy was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was so clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The home is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the parking was very convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay."

"Steve and Kathy were wonderful hosts. The BnB was very comfortable for our 5 night stay in the Hazeldine room. The house is historic but well equipped with technologies such as a Smart TV and high speed wifi. Breakfast each day was delicious. The environment in Old Town was very pleasant and clean, and felt safe. We enjoyed sitting in the dining area, walking in the garden, and petting the housecats Socks & Graycat. Thank you!"

"We stayed at The Bottger Mansion for a week, and it was by far the best part of our visit to Albuquerque! Firstly, being walking distance to Old Town was extremely convenient and made for wonderful morning walks checking out all the shops and vendors. The self check-in process was very easy and we quite enjoyed the room (Hazeldine). However, the best part of staying here is the home cooked breakfast served to guests in the morning, absolutely delicious and such an incredible way to start a day. Such wonderful hosts that care deeply of the guests staying at their historic bed and breakfast! Can’t recommend enough!"
