"We finally made it to Bradford House for brunch with our son—and it was absolutely amazing! We’ve known about this place for a while but kept putting it off. We should’ve come sooner. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, and the food was excellent. They offer both table service (reservations recommended) and counter service with the same menu, which is a nice option. The coffee and espresso bar is top-notch, and the pastry selection is tempting enough to take some treats to go. We were only there for brunch and coffee this time, but I’ve heard their lodging accommodations are just as impressive. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Stayed for a girls quick getaway. The rooms are absolutely adorable. Very comfortable beds, roomy, bathrooms are modern. We stayed in the historic house standard king room and it was the perfect size. Plenty of room for suitcases, a work area, etc. They don't have an iron, microwave, or fridge but that was fine for our stay. The front desk is very accommodating and friendly. The bartenders were nice and the cocktails were delicious! We even got a late night donut snack 😋 We staied during the week so it was quiet, but the restaurant wasn't open fully. This would be the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, we just happened to just use it as a fun night away from responsibility 😅"

"Went for brunch this afternoon and Sam the AM Bartender truly made the experience wonderful! We live in Norman and have tried to come in before but reservations were hard to come by. On a whim we checked reservations on OpenTable Friday night and found one for 1:45p Sunday and booked it. Unfortunately, the restaurant hours weren’t easily visible on OpenTable and we made the reservation without checking the hours on the main website. Upon arrival we realized the reservation ended up being 15 minutes before the kitchen closed. When we discovered the mistake we felt horrible and were preparing to leave, but Sam assured us we were welcome so we decided to stay! She was warm and attentive without being overbearing or making us feel rushed and the food/pastries/coffee/tea were all delicious! My only recommendation would be to limit reservation times on OpenTable to ensure guests arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the kitchen closes. Otherwise, the ambience, service and food were all exceptional! Thank you again, Sam, for being so welcoming and kind!"

"I did not stay at the hotel. Have loved the pastry shop for years. In the spring/summer things seemed different. The pastry wasn't as good. The people behind the counter seemed checked out. I just stopped going. Went last week and it is BETTER! Quincy is doing more of the pastry again. Also the staff were smiling and nice. My only complaint - please bring back savory choices for breakfast time during the week - artichoke spinach danish to be specific. I did have the sausage roll which was very good. Just a few more savory options please. Glad to see the improvement. I used to go there all the time for meetings and the experience last week let's me they miss us and want the local cafe folk back. Great experience. Keep it up."

"The Bradford House is awesome, location, atmosphere, service, it has everything. My only complaint is the last time I stayed, the room I was given needed a refresh. The carpet was stained as well as the furniture. It's time to refresh a few of the rooms"
