3 months ago"New owners from Sept 4, 2025. They have cleaned the carpets, painted, & ensured everything is clean, tidy, & safe. It is an old motor inn, so no usb, etc charging outlets, so bring your own. But very charming. Bed & pillows comfy. Fridge & microwave work. Shower hot & good pressure. We booked one night but stayed two as we were so exhausted & it was great to just chill out & sleep. The owners were happy to allow us the same room for the same price. If they continue to keep it clean, maintained, & keep out riffraff, they will have a nice business for years just from the good reviews & word of mouth. Just great! Wish all budget motels were this friendly, clean, & safe feeling. (Yes, you can hear the train, but it isn't horrible.)"

6 months ago"This is a gem of a find along Route 66. If you are seeking a personal touch, peaceful space and spacious rooms with a true motel vibe (which are a dying breed). This is a gem of a find. Great find, amazing comfort and a nostalgia serenity vibe. I'll be staying here again. I also received the most valuable gift from the front desk hospitality I'll carry with me for life.
