"My husband and I brought our sons for the first time to the Grand canyon and we stayed in this great b&b. We had 1 queen & 1 full downstairs by the kitchen. It was Clean, quiet, walkable to everything, free breakfast, friendly staff & guests. We will definitely be coming back."

"We were excited to stay in a old home. The plus was our room was actually outside. If you are looking for expensive and perfect, you won't like it, however if you are like us, we loved the simple essence of the experience. Walking distance to everything! Sat outside most of the evening, visited with other guest and just enjoyed the evening."

"We wanted a different experience than staying in a motel. Very quaint inn. The room was as described. We did find it odd that it appeared that we were the only people in the building. We arrived at 4 pm on a very chilly day. There was no heat on in the dining room or our room. We took the liberty of turning on the gas heater in the dining room and the space heater in the room. We took a walk and when we returned, it was comfortable. Never saw another soul during the stay. Must be a shortage of toilet paper in Williams. We had a half roll and ran out."

"This is an old place with old stuff. Not the least bit fancy or polished. Subjectively kitschy and cute. If you're good with that, this is a great place to stay. If you're not, this is not the place for you. Oh yeah, and wifi didn't work, no cable, or breakfast of any sort. Didn't care about those things, but SOME way to make coffee would have been nice."
