4 months ago"I chose this hotel based on its strong ratings and its proximity to Cedars-Sinai, as I was making an unexpected trip after my brother was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic and liver cancer. From the start, the property impressed me—it was exceptionally clean, and the staff was genuinely welcoming. One evening, I had pizza and a glass of wine at the bar. The food was good, and the bartender made me feel right at home with friendly conversation. She told me all about “Beverly” their robot that delivers items to rooms. Managing a hotel myself, I was very intrigued by the robot. The true standout, though, was the integrity and kindness of the staff. In the rush of leaving at 5 a.m. to see my brother before catching a flight, I accidentally left my wedding ring on the bathroom counter and checked out. I realized just as I was heading to the airport which already was a tight window and panicked. When I couldn’t reach the front desk, I got through to Karina in group sales, who immediately stepped in to help. She quickly coordinated with housekeeping, texted me updates while I was on my way back, and thanks to their honesty, my ring was safely recovered. I can’t thank Karina and the housekeeping team enough for their honesty. In a very stressful and emotional time, their compassion and professionalism meant the world to me!"

2 months ago"We just had a wonderful stay here for a short business trip. Convenient location in a nice neighborhood. Hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was nice and comfortable enough for 4 people. The reception and hotel staff were all very warm, friendly and very helpful! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. So glad we chose to stay here and we look forward to staying here next time we are in town!"

2 months ago"Stayed here only one night as we had a layover at LAX and wanted to stay somewhere nice. Our status got us an early check in, upgraded room and free breakfast. The staff were great and caring. Clean hotel and updated. Loved all of our stay, wish we could have stayed longer."
