"We had our office holiday party at Park Regency Banquet center. The place was great to host our event. Food service was excellent! Uma & Praful were great to work with & accommodated all our requirements. On the day of the event, we did need couple of more items & they provided it with a smile & helped out till the end. Park Regency is a great place to host your event. Would definitely recommend this place"

"This is my second time staying here.But this is the best hotel in bloomington by far quiet quaint, peaceful, not overused! Always cleanHas a restaurant, a casino a place to sit and talk great front desk.People Ms. Flagger, was put check-in expert on point kind, friendly, she actually got me a different room because we wanted a bathtub.. she was going home for the day but came back to the desk.And did it for us with out any confrontation or unkind body language.She was totally professional and awesome in my opinion. Try this place.You will not regret it... Get the jacuzzi room!"

"I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and very well maintained, with all the amenities I needed. What made the stay even better was the on-site restaurant and Bar.Bonchon(Korean fried chicken).The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The breakfast options were great, and I especially enjoyed the dinner menu with its variety of choices. The service in the restaurant was just as impressive as the hotel—attentive and welcoming. It was incredibly convenient to have such a high-quality dining option just steps away from my room. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with excellent food!"
