We stayed as long-term RV contract workers and love the location It is quiet and on a busy highway just outside a major industrial area, but about a mile from Aldi and other grocery stores. The laundry room is tight with two medium sized washers and four dryers which take quarters Mail is delivered in a cubby attached to the office and they take Amazon delivery during operating hours. The Sawmill restaurant on the premises is a basic BBQ place with great portion size for the price- and they give park residents 10% discount to boot! Propane tanks are filled during office hours for reasonable cost Staff are friendly, and quite helpful There is a playground in the middle of the park and a couple unfenced fields that we took our dogs out to explore, with three trash cans that have poop bag dispensers attached for convenience. There is a pond with a deck that straddles it for possible fishing and picnics, but due to the drought it was mostly dry during our stay Those with sensitive noses will not enjoy the faint smell from the industrial park that is always present, and gets much more noticeable if the wind is blowing our way The train is audible in the distance, but not too loud, and small aircraft approach and leave the local small airport throughout the day over the park Sites are decently sized to accommodate slide-outs and each have a large concrete pad with a good-sized picnic table at each site. Many sites also have fire rings Two duplex cabins also seem to be available to rent I recommend this park for its convenience and quality"

The affordability and convenient location made our stay stress-free, and we’re already planning to come back in the spring for a few more months. We truly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in the area — this place is our #1! The park is nestled in a beautiful natural setting but still close to shopping, local eateries, and just minutes from downtown St. Louis. Whether you want to visit the Gateway Arch, catch a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium, or explore the Zoo and local art museums, everything is within easy reach. The on-site managers are amazing — especially Emily, who was a huge help over the phone. She made our reservation process a breeze and quickly found us a spot that could accommodate our 45-foot rig. The park offers full hookups, spacious lots, and great amenities. We loved having the Sawmill BBQ restaurant right on-site, a clean and well-maintained pool, on-site propane, a turtle pond with a gazebo, and a fun playground for the kids. Frank does an outstanding job keeping the grounds beautiful, and both he and Emily are always quick to answer calls and help with anything you need. The park owners are also friendly and involved, which really shows in how well the place is run. We love this park and can’t wait to return!"

They even have a barbecue restaurant called Sawmill. The site is super close to the arch and they have a shuttle. Well worth the visit. Will come back. Recommend to all."
