a month ago"Came through and stayed here on the way from Houston to Denver. Our rooms were warm, clean, and free of pests. Having a smart TV in the room was an unexpected plus. The front desk staff and manager came through in a huge way for my son. He left a distinctive stuffed animal in the room and realized it about 100 miles away. When talking to the manager, not only was he extremely helpful on the phone with finding a solution, he also was willing to fedex it home of needed. He remembered us several days later when we passed back through on the way home. The customer service we received was excellent."
