"We stayed in unit 14 for almost 2 weeks. The home is beautiful and well appointed. Lovely deck and patio and THREE kiva fireplaces. Most convenient location to the famous plaza and 30 minutes to high alpine skiing. Quiet and cozy. Plenty of parking. Feels like home. ♥️"

"This hidden gem may be the best lodging deal in Santa Fe. The "Compound" is a small lodging facility with about a dozen semi-joined abode units. We stayed in #2 which was a king bed with 2 full baths, equipped kitchen, washer / dryer, and even a Weber gas grill on the unit's patio. Parking was included and the neighborhood quiet. Walking to the Plaza is about 4 blocks. Word of advice: try to arrive in daylight for checking-in as its a little off the road & a challenge to find in the dark."

"Second time staying here, unit 11 was spectacular (better than 9 but needs vary). Only issue was non-functional wifi but we had some access via adjoining unit. When you have an unexpected tele-med need that detail becomes important. Staff was alerted and attentive when notified. Perfect location for walking & enjoying all the Santa Fe Plaza has to offer. Also, blissfully silent construction. Have stayed at the famous place on the Plaza as well but far prefer Campanilla."

"What a delightful stay! Lovely accommodation, traditional old Adobe structure, freshly updated to include many amenities. Each room has its own Kiva and kitchen was well supplied. Three blocks from downtown so walking was easy and many restaurants, parks and museums nearby. Staffed office on premises, very helpful. Would highly recommend it!"

"My family and I just spent a weekend in Unit #9. The weather didn’t cooperate so we were forced to spend far more time inside than we had originally planned. Thankfully, we booked our stay here. The unit was extremely spacious, comfortable, and well furnished. The numerous Kiva fireplaces also helped create the perfect atmosphere to drink margaritas and watch the snow fall. We will definitely be back again!"
