Great location, comfortable amenities, excellent decor, and a really thoughtful design. Our room was right outside of a water filtration station and wasn’t too far from the elevator despite being at the end of the hall. The downstairs restaurant (Depot) served up outstanding breakfast and dinner options, especially for such a small space. The only bummer was no room service options, meaning you had to take your food to-go and then bring it back to your room. The customer service team was great too. Our thermostat was locked at 70 degrees, but when I asked for it to be colder, the engineers happily lowered the temperature for us. Would stay here again."

The location is great easy access to the Loop and Union Station. The staff at the front desk wasn’t the most friendly, but the staff at the bar was very nice."

Location is great for access to Willis Tower and the south Loop area, but generally remote from the busier areas of the Loop and MagMile. One block from the Quincy L stop and many nearby bus stops help it feel a bit less “isolated.” But because it’s not near all the action, it’s a very quiet property. Overall, a wonderful hotel we’d certainly return to."

There’s plenty of places to get food at on the lobby such as the restaurant and a shop. Rooms are really spacious with a big bathroom and some good views, the tv on the rooms is pretty good and has a lot to offer. The hotel is really near everything so you don’t need to call an uber you can walk to it"

a month ago"I booked this since I got a good deal for the Martin Luther King Jr long weekend (~$350 for 2 days) with AMEX platform. I received $300 back with Amex platinum hotel credits. My room was upgraded due to Hilton Gold status. I needed the late checkout but I was offered the late checkout only until 12.30PM since it was fully booked for my floor. I received $100 for the hotel credits since I booked through AMEX FHR and THC. I did not receive any other hotel credits like $15 which comes part of Canopy stay if booked through Hilton directly. Since I gave my hilton honors details during booking, I even got credits on Hiton account. The hotel is close to Chicago Union Station. There was a gym, but no swimming pool which was a bummer."
