"We stayed here for 5 nights in casita G and it was wonderful! We arrived very late at night but Mary Ann had reached out to make sure we'd have no issues accessing the property. We booked the smallest unit and for 2 people, it was more than enough space. The bed was very comfortable and the unit had been thoroughly cleaned. Kitchen had all the appliances you could need and there was an in-unit washer/dryer. The location was perfect, close to downtown but with a private patio tucked back in a quiet street. We loved staying here and next time we're in Santa Fe, this will be our first choice"

"Heck of a bargain for downtown. Host is very hospitable and accommodating. We stayed in Casita G (2 adults & 1 medium dog) it was cozy but not cramped. We loved our little casita and would stay there again."

"OK here it is: We have traveled to Santa Fe many, many times over the past 30 years. We usually stayed at a bed and breakfast, but this time, with 5 of us adults, it would have been too expensive to get two hotel rooms or two B&B rooms. We were so lucky to find Casas de Guadalupe (and Mary Ann!) Our family of 5 (all adults) stayed for a week between Christmas 2019 and January 2nd.2020. Our 2 bedroom, with sitting area and 1 ½ bath casita was so comfortable and welcoming. Not fancy, but really lovely, very Santa Fe. It was spotless and included quality items, including thick, fluffy towels (I don’t even own such good towels!) all the way down to a sufficient number of rolls of quality brand 2-ply toilet paper (no kidding!) There was a lovely fireplace with a starter supply of wood (you can get additional wood from the gas station/convenience store close by). It was great that there was a washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener. The queen and full beds were so comfortable, soft sheets, lovely bedcovers and lots of pillows and extra bedding. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. We saved lots of money by making breakfast every day. The dishes were a pretty turquoise and tan combination and the set of kitchen knives was really excellent. Casas de Guadalupe was less than a 10 minute walk (in a safe, clean neighborhood) to downtown plaza in Santa Fe. We left our car parked in front of the Casita most of the time and walked everywhere. A really nice grocery store and shopping plaza are a short 5 minute drive away. The unit has lots of dramatic, large pieces of art, vases, baskets, so Santa Fe! It seemed to me that somebody (Mary Ann?) put a lot of love and thought into equipping the unit. Mary Ann was amazing at communicating with me from the reservation all the way to saying “Good bye” to us on the day we left. My family said I was a star to have found this wonderful casita. Thank you Mary Ann! We’ll definitely be back again! The Parkers, Laguna Niguel, CA. Regards, C. Kihano Parker"

"This place is so charming! We stayed in Casita G, and it was so cozy and relaxing. It felt like a home away from home. The host, MaryAnn, is amazing and very personable. We will be back here on our next trip to Santa Fe!"

"We stayed in Casita D. The Casita is in a great location, and we were able to walk to most of the things we needed and places we wanted to see.....Casita D is well equipped, and we did eat many meals there. The kitchen stools should be replaced with some counter height stools. They were uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. The courtyard was lovely, and we spent most of our evenings out there."
