5 years ago"I lived here from 2002-2010 in one of the apartments. The Landlord is an extremely generous person who is constantly improving the prooperty. The residents are respectful and from different backgrounds. I would recommend this place. The original building goes back to 1866 and if not for the remodelings is one of the historic markers of Union, Mo. Also, the apartment is across the stree from teh Union Bank of Sullivan adn walking distance to a nice grocery store and food places."
