5 months ago"Easy check in process. Great rooms for solo traveler here for a night for work. Great price. Very clean. Wonderful staff. Late check out. Had an amazing package delivered because I forgot my electric toothbrush and front desk was very helpful. And free water bottles? Never heard of that before. Love it. Will be my new go to hotel for when I’m in Chicago."

a month ago"This is a great value option for staying centrally located. It was super convenient to walk and/or grab the public transit. Some of the details were a little old i.e. the TV in the room. Also, no fridge. But hey, we came to Chicago to explore the city so it worked great for us. The staff were also very accommodating with early check-in and letting us leave our bags at the front after check-out."
