2 months ago"The rooms are clean and the price is right. They have better bathroom mirrors than a hotel nearby that cost me three times as much. the Location is safe. One downside is no elevator to the second floor. I’ve stayed here multiple times in the last six months and last time they provided an upgrade; a large apartment like unit. The included breakfast is hood but no fresh fruit. There is a breakfast restaurant across the street. Chicago Inn is not designed for glamour but it is a very good value 5 stars!"

4 months ago"I stayed here for a week while on a business trip. Its nothing luxurious, and it may need some upgrades, but it's all cosmetic. Theres no elevator on premise. They offer free breakfast every day, spacious indoor pool, and the Pavillion area has plenty of seating, shade and greenery. They also have designated smoking areas. On the weekends it can get a bit noisy, and the common areas get dirty, which they could clean a bit more often, but the hotel gets booked up and busy, and you cant really control what every human does. (Ideally, ppl clean after each other. ) The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean overall. I really enjoyed the balvony view! I believe you have to request room service during your stay. Overall I had a great stay."
