For check-in, the gal at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed meeting the adorable French bulldog who "helped out" at the counter. No issues at all with the elevator (other reviews stated that the elevators weren't working). The room was clean and spacious. There was free coffee in the breakfast room, which I took advantage of (it was good coffee, too!). I appreciated the free parking right next to the hotel, and there were several spaces available every time I entered it. As a single woman of a certain age, I am always aware of my surroundings and quite cautious. However, I didn't feel unsafe at any time in the hotel or parking lot. This hotel is nothing fancy, but it worked just fine for me! I will stay here again in the future."

It was almost to good to be true. The manager went above and beyond to make sure our booking got straightened out because there was a booking error. Last, the bed was so comfortable. I melted into the sheets like butter. Would definitely recommend this hotel over alot of downtown hotels!"
