"Surprisingly strong and fast Wi-Fi — I clocked 147 Mbps for both download and upload, which you don’t expect at a place like this. Staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They’ve got free coffee, water, and even a microwave available in the lobby all day, which was a nice touch. The rooms are definitely small, but that’s to be expected in the city. Still, they’ve done a great job using the space well — good layout, modern decor, and pleasant colors. It’s a solid spot if you’re looking to stay a couple of nights in Chicago. One of the best things: it’s just steps from the Belmont stop on the L, so you can hop on a train and get anywhere in the city fast. All in all, convenient and well-thought-out for a short city stay."

"I love this hotel and hesitate to leave a good review because I don't want to increase demand and drive up the price! However, Hoai did a great job and deserves credit for all her help and hospitality. I love the location, good heat and AC, clean rooms, nice lobby, friendly staff, etc. I do have one complaint: Please upgrade the door/key technology. Both times I've stayed here, I've had to re-magnetize my keys multiple times despite keeping them away from other cards. Just rip the bandaid off and upgrade to a better system. Thank you."

"I had a great stay at this hotel back in April! The location couldn’t be better. There are tons of bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. It's also right next to the Red Line station. The room was clean, well-kept, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There’s also a parking garage right around the corner for about $38/day, which was very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Truly a great experience. A charming classic hotel with wonderful friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. It's a timeless old world experience, with all the modern amenities you could want. In room snacks, fridge, and beverages. We stayed in a street facing room, and still found that it was quiet and relaxing. Super close to a train stop, so easy to get to/from. We found daily parking for only $20 nearby. There are lots of restaurants and venues in the area with reasonable prices. It's so much more enjoyable than any of the chain hotels."
