"Upon arrival, we were greeted by Sean who was very welcoming and made us feel valued and important. He was very kind and very thorough in explaining all amenities and encouraged us to call him if any questions arose. He was so pleasant. Room was very clean. Plenty of linens and essentials. During our travel we stayed in many hotels and by far this hotel we felt was the best and many thanks to Sean."

"This hotel hit all the marks for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Clean rooms, great amenities, and most of all, outstanding customer service. I called ahead to make the reservation due to a few specific needs, and Ronica went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before I arrived. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. When I checked in, Sean at the front desk was equally kind and courteous, making sure I had everything I needed and answering any questions I had with a great attitude. It’s refreshing when a hotel takes customer service seriously, it turns a simple overnight stay into something you truly appreciate. I’d absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the Winslow area. Highly recommend!"

"Front Desk clerk Ronica was amazing and so welcoming, love her, will come back just to chat with her :) Rooms were clean and nice, smelled great, and housekeeping was amazing. We left the room and were preparing to come back and clean the room and to our surprise it was clean. Which was such a huge help as we are here for a funeral and it hasn’t been easy. My only complaint was the breakfast lady, older lady who came up on my kids as they were trying to get hot chocolate but it wasn’t working, and she literally came and said “that’s enough, shoo shoo shoo, it’s not working now leave it alone”! She spoke to my kids rudely and her looks and responses made it really uncomfortable to eat breakfast. If I ever met a “Karen” it is her. Disgruntled and rude! We were nothing but respectful and kind to this woman and didn’t get the same courtesy back!"
