The resort’s location to everything Flagstaff has to offer is great. Our most recent day was this week was no exception. The staff was accommodating and helpful (especially JoDean, Aheka and Leo. The units are beautifully decorated and the activities offered as a part of our stay are reasons we continue to book reservations here. Don’t forget to taste the delicious ice cream at the Bear Paw clubhouse! This resort is definitely one of our favorites!!"

The best part is, they don't charge a resort fee on top of your reservation! The condos/units here come with all of the comforts of home: a full kitchen, dishwahsing machine, washer and dryer, smart TV, etc. You'll sleep like a baby in a soft comfortable bed with down pillows and comforter. (It's probably more comfortable than your bed at home!) The nightly rates here fluctuate, but you can usually get a really great deal if you're staying during the week and not during peak season. I'd also like to thank all the staff in the registration office, especially Leo, for being so welcoming, patient, professional and accommodating. Service here is great!"

2 months ago"We stayed in a one bedroom unit that said it would have a fireplace and bathtub but it had neither. It shared an adjoining door to the unit next to it, and the door was really crooked so there was at least an inch at the top of the door where someone could be peering into our room or stick their fingers through and we could hear them. We called to ask if the hot tub had towels, they said yes. We got there at 7pm for a hot tub that closes at 8pm, and they attendant told us “sorry we have only one towel left I can’t get more.” This is for an outdoor hot tub and it was 30 degrees. She did not offer to get more towels or anything. If you’re open for an entire hour, you should still have enough towels. The towel they did have was too thin and small to be appropriate for a pool towel anyways. My boyfriend drove back to our unit to get towels. Then the hot tub was not that hot, 20 minutes before closing she awkwardly told us they were closing in 20, then another guy came out and started testing the water while we were still using it. The employees clearly didn’t want to stay past closing but it was very uncomfortable and awkward for us. We are trying to enjoy our vacation we waited all year for and the whole hot tub experience at the Bear Paw clubhouse was a big disappointment. Also half the lightbulbs in our unit were burnt out, the lightbulbs above the dining room table were way to bright for how low to the table they were, fridge didn’t shut properly, our unit was missing some pans, we only had decaf coffee (no regular). And our tiny shampoo bottle was half full. Considering the cleaning and maintenance fees I pay Wyndham they could do a lot better."
