Comfort Inn Collinsville near St. Louis

"We had a great stay here! We utilized the pool. It was an indoor pool but it is NOT heated! The kids didn’t mind but the adults did!!!! Not quite ice bath cold but close. I would have to say that was the only ding I would give the hotel. The area was well lit and clean. The room was clean, the carpet was a bit old. But the room we stayed in was directly next to the pool area. It was a lot more humid there so that might explain the carpet. There was a mini fridge. But the best part was the breakfast!! It was freee and one of the best continental breakfasts we have ever had!! They had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffle and pancake makers, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, milk, cereal, Nutella, and so many other condiments. They had a fridge with yogurt and other things. That was well worth the stay since we had a long drive ahead of us! I would highly recommend this hotel. We did not go in St. Louis so I am not sure of the drive but it is very close to the city, about a 15 minute drive."

"Our first hotel had closed their pool, so we were left scrambling to find another hotel for our stay. We found this one online. Not only was it cheaper, but it was so nice! Everything about it was great: clean, great breakfast selection, pool seemed well maintained, room was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here in the future."

"Very handy location with lots of eating options. Pretty clean, very open and airy building, liked that! Kids used the pool, it was good. Clean average breakfast buffet that was definitely worth the low cost of the room."

"I cannot believe this is a two-star Hotel this place is seriously underrated this is one of the best hotels I've ever been to, not only do they have a full hot breakfast their rooms are cleanier than most better rated places... I travel quite a bit for work and stay in about 20 to 30 different hotels of a year this place is also less than an hour away from the St Louis Arch, the staff was very friendly professional and courteous. The parking pretty easy and they even left me a complimentary postcard and a note from the maid who did a very good job in my room.... I don't leave many glowing reviews I don't find that they are worth it or wowed me like this place has I have no affiliation with them but this place made me want to send them my resume. The inner workings of the structural architecture they have created are very unique I wish i could attach a picture so you could see the view over the balcony banister looking down on the dining room and fireplace chill spot... can't wait to use the pool."
