"I have been to this Comfort Inn for three decades. Currently the property is not as was when renovated last but it is clean. And recently reduced pricing which is good since the pool and hot tub have been closed for the last 2-3 months. The staff is at an all time high on being the best customer service and newer addition front desk employee, Alex Lopez is truly a responsive, helpful and uplifting representative."

"this was our forth time at this hotel and it was wonderful! the public space and our private room were always Really clean. the staff was generous, helpful and most pleasant -- no matter what i asked or what i asked for, or whom i spoke with. the cleaning staff was equally pleasant and helpful. and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. our hot breakfast was included and when we wanted -- we could bring our dinner in and eat in the common room; we love the food at the Flying Burrito pretty much next door. as long as we return to Santa Fe, we will return to this hotel! it is much more than a fair/good deal -- it is a relaxing and comfortable place to come home to when one is away from home!"

"Pros: Alex Lopez at the front desk was super helpful, even helping us cut programs last minute for my uncles funeral service. Breakfast was good. Bedding was clean and comfy. Cons: Pool/hot tub is closed. There's a very small gym. The hotel is older."
