"For a quick pass through Truth or Consequences, the Comfort Inn is a budget-friendly option right off the highway. The rooms are clean and decently appointed, with newer showers and decent counter space. Didn’t appreciate having a toilet with no lid right next to the sink and tub, as it makes it feel more like a public restroom and could be a safety concern, but other than that the bedroom and bath area are generally comfortable spaces. The building itself is a bit tired, with handwritten notes taped to multiple items on various floors, and the dining room would benefit from having the heavy drapes drawn open to let in some natural light. Overall, a decent night’s stay, offering quiet rest."

"Good location attentive staff. We were here for a business related event. The rooms are reasonable and up to typical choice accommodations my only complaint is there are areas where it's too much grime. The carpets need a deep shampooing from a processional or replacement. It could be from the type of field workers that stay might track in on the boots or the type of soil in the area. However the grime is noticeable. Breakfast was reasonable as well. Overall it was just as expected for the chain and brand"
