9 months ago"I booked at this location because its easy access to I-35 and it's not too far from downtown. I called ahead of time to check if the Jacuzzi and pool was open and was told yes it was. When I checked in it was early morning due to traveling through the night I checked in at 1am I was thankful for someone being available to check us in at that time of morning. The front desk clerk that checked us in was not nice at all, she also told me the jacuzzi and the pool was both open. The next day when I took my daughter swimming the jacuzzi was not working I asked the front desk what happened and she stated it had been down for weeks due to the heater not working I was very disappointed because I normally stay in Moore where the jacuzzi works. I gave the location a 1 star the hotel is new but located in a sketchy neighborhood. My room was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was served in a well kept cleaned area and the food was ok. The rest of the staff was great"
