"We had an extra-long day getting to this location because of numerous issues. Arrived at about 7:30 PM and the female desk clerk could not have been nicer while checking us in. I explained that our prior two stays at choice hotels had not been successful with a wake-up call. The clerk assured me that they had a procedure they follow, and we would get the call. The room turned out to be very nice and was on the 1st floor. Our vehicle was parked near our room, so it was a plus. I want to say that in less than 15 minutes the female desk clerk called on the phone to verify that our phone was working properly. Too me this was someone going the extra mile to make sure we got our call. My wife and I were very hunger and was pleasantly surprised to learn that a Salt Grass Steak House was in walking distance from the hotel. The following morning, we received out wake-up call at the requested time. It allowed us to take advantage of the hot breakfast, and the food was excellent. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the stay at this location. All the staff we met were extremely nice and attentive."
