a month ago"We came in well after midnight this morning. Zach, the attending concierge, was the nicest guy you could possibly have after driving 12 hours and coming in so late!! He is a kind young man with a great attitude!!! Comfort suites has an exceptionally inspiring employee!! I would give you 100 stars for service if I could!! The bed was comdortable, the breakfast had real eggs and sausage and even though you see remodeling going on, the place still looked inviting. Give Zach a raise!! He earned it!!"

4 months ago"The hotel overall is amazing I love it I come here with my family all the time and the breakfast is amazing but overall the pool is the best part its actually 5ft I'm 5'8"and the water is at my neck just like its supposed to be un like other hotels u want a good family vacation book now you won't regret"

5 months ago"Came to Springfield for the Harlem Globetrotters game and to explore Rt. 66 things. Employees were all pleasant and helpful. The cookies were good. The coffee was good. The room was nice. The guy that checked us in was very helpful and informative. Would definitely stay here again. The guy that checked us in recommended Smokey Bones, the food was really good. He suggested we go to urgent care versus going to ER for a reaction my husband had. They were efficient and quick."

3 weeks ago"Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker and decent shower. Plenty parking and can fit truck with trailer. Also a few overspill parking options. Lots of places to eat around and the free breakfast has limited options but enough to get you going for the day ahead. Didnt use the pool as its quite small so not ideal for actually swimming and the gym is two machines with some free weights."
