Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ontario at Ontario Mills, CA

"I was in town for a funeral & my flight got in earlier than planned. The funeral was scheduled for 12:00 but I just wanted to find a place to change my clothes. Though it was 9:30 a.m. I called the hotel just to see if I could do an early check in. Carlos answered the phone and I explained my situation. He said that the housekeepers just started their day but he told me to drive over to the hotel and he would see what he could do to help me. Carlos had a room cleaned & ready to go! When my son & I got to the room, we received a text message from family members saying that the time for the funeral moved up & the viewing was taking place at that moment and the funeral was starting immediately afterwards. I was able to get dressed and make it to the funeral. Carlos and his kindness help me in a time of grief. I know that the hotel is a business but it made a big difference when you have staff members that go the extra mile for you. The room was nice and clean with fresh white linen on the beds. Bathroom was also clean with fresh white towels."

"Great hotel the rooms are really nice. The hotel is quiet, and the breakfast is really good!! The customer service by the staff is amazing. Roxie was very nice and had great customer service!! And I also wanted to give Mrs. Gina in the kitchen a shout out she was very welcoming when me and my husband went down for breakfast , very polite that made my morning. All the amenities are really good, you’re across the street from the outlet mall. And plenty of restaurants and shops.If you’re looking for a nice quiet hotel with great amenity’s and free parking this is the one!! The hotel is really clean as well!! And one more thing I noticed that all the staff greeted me with good morning when I walked in lobby to go eat breakfast!! That’s amazing customer service and it also speaks volume for the management. Because it’s really hard now of days to find really good customer service. Please keep up the good work and don’t change that."

"Carlos at the front desk is an absolute gem, so incredibly helpful. Miss Gina also works hard to keep us fed in the morning and is such a kind soul. I spent 3 nights here and was pleased with the flat rate pet fee rather than the per night fee I have encountered in other locations."

"Awesome hotel to stay at. We had a great getaway for our sons 8th Birthday. The pool was nice and refreshing even in the evening hours. Room was clean and quiet. The hotel is really clean. The staff was all very nice. Jennifer at the front desk was super awesome. The coffee is always hot and fresh. The cookies they give you at check in are yummy. Breakfast is good in the morning. And the vending machines have good choices in them. The hotel is conveniently located right by the Mall . Also very close to other stores and places to eat. This was our 2nd time staying here and we will be back again. Thank you Country Inn for an awesome stay."

"This hotel is right next to the mall. The hotel staff were very nice and professional. I could tell they worked hard to keep the hotel clean and orderly. The hotel needs a refresh - the furniture is worn. But the beds were comfortable. The AC is loud and had a slight musty smell. The breakfast was good: eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, toast, cereal, oatmeal, and beverages. Overall, it was the price we needed and the size for our family of 5."
