"Our stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Springfield, IL was a wonderful and comfortable experience. The hotel offers excellent value, making it a great economical choice for families and travelers. The view from the property was awesome and added a refreshing touch to our stay. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space after a day of exploring. The service was good throughout staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed. One of the conveniences we really appreciated was the free parking, which made our stay even more hassle free. Overall, Country Inn & Suites by Radisson delivered a smooth, pleasant, and budget-friendly experience with clean rooms, great views, good service, and the added benefit of free parking. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Springfield, IL. Adding a note at last that the breakfast could have more options."

"We had a large group traveling for a tournament and when I called and talked to the manager, she offered a group rate right away and got us a block of rooms set up. The staff through the whole experience was wonderful. The breakfast was good. The beds were very comfy. The rooms were clean, but definitely needed some work. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so naturally the door was damaged from moisture. The toilet was loose when you sat down and there was somr mildew growing around the tub. I also couldn't sleep one night due to race cars and other loud cars meeting at the gas station right outside our window to blast music all night and drag race. I know that isnt the Hotels fault, but if you are looking to get a restful night sleep like our kids were, this isn't the place to stay. If I ran the hotel, I would've definitely called the cops on nights like that. It went on for hours. The pool was well maintained and clean. Definitely worth the price, just needs a little tender love and care in some rooms."
