If you weigh more than 120, the toilet is not going to be comfortable for you. I’m a larger lady and the toilet paper roll was right at the side of my leg. On the left size of the toilet there was at least 4 feet wide of unused space before getting to the shower. I moved the toilet paper to have a little more comfort. I did not take this away from my overall score. But why isn’t there someone at Marriott quality controlling the location and placement of the important things like the toilet? Guests come in all shapes and sizes. It’s time someone remembered that."

The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, and the room was clean and comfortable, but that's about it ... There were several surprises that took away from the experience. The hotel was under full construction, including a closed pool and renovation noise during the day. Unfortunately, none of this was mentioned when booking — not on the website, not in the confirmation email, and not in the app. That lack of transparency was a big letdown, especially for a Marriott property. The suite itself was decent but not exactly what you'd expect for the name or price. The shower itself was nice, with a curved glass door and great water pressure, but the bathroom was tiny — barely 3’x3’. You literally have to stand in the shower just to close the bathroom door! Worse, there’s no shelf or holder for soap or shampoo, even the "free" bottles of shampoo they provide were just sitting on the shower floor. A $5 suction-cup shelf would go a long way. One plus: having food downstairs (when it’s open) is convenient but it was closed most of the time, or there was no one there as they are clearly understaffed. Also, the welcome gift for Ambassador Elite members was appreciated. All in all, this place is a solid three-star experience. If you're just looking for a budget-friendly, basic Marriott, it does the job. But if you're looking to pamper yourself or relax, especially during renovations, this isn’t it. Would I stay again? Probably not — even without the construction there are MUCH NICER properties on the same block for about the same price."
