"The room was very clean and neat, which I really appreciated. However, I was very disappointed with the breakfast service. There was no proper breakfast available only a Starbucks with a single staff member responsible for both serving customers and handling the kitchen. This caused a very long wait, even for a simple order. Due to the delay, we ended up leaving and eating elsewhere."

"The rooms were nice and clean, and the kids loved the pool area. The staff was friendly and responsive when I asked for extra bedding. I wasn’t a fan of the pull-out bed, but it worked well for the kids. We slept great overall."

"I really enjoyed my business stay here! The hotel is a historic building but has updated rooms and amenities. It’s easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The male employee working at the front desk the evenings I was there was friendly and helpful, greeting me when I walked through, answering questions, etc. There’s a coffee shop in the hotel (Starbucks, maybe?) with a variety of coffees and light breakfast items (scones, fruit, etc.), and the female employee working there the morning I was there was polite and efficient. While I have seen some comments complaining about the noise level in the room, I didn’t have any issues with this - my room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I did have to wait an exceedingly long time for the water in the shower to get hot but, in talking with a coworker who stayed at a different downtown hotel and had the same issue, I think it’s probably just due to the age of the building itself and the fact that it got pretty cold (40s) the night before so it’s pretty understandable that it takes a few minutes. There’s hot water, and plenty of it, it just takes a bit of patience."
