The whole staff was friendly and accommodating but Davion and Latonya who took care of my mom and I when we first arrived, were the ones to see the tone, they were so pleasant, the hospitality was through the roof! I had a really nice room with a beautiful view. We loved it so much we’re planning a trip back! Thank you for the wonderful service."

2 months ago"The rooms are so big and the bed is super comfy, I am having the best sleep. The location is perfect and everyone who works here are lovely. A big plus (for me who is staying for just over 2 weeks) the deposit for incidentals is for per visit and not per night (unlike other hotels...)."

5 months ago"Courtyard by Marriott in River North is the perfect place to stay when visiting Chicago! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is welcoming, and the location is unbeatable — everything is within walking distance. The indoor pool and valet parking make it even more convenient. A bonus I really enjoyed is that right nearby is Premier Nails – Nail Salon Downtown Chicago. After a long day of meetings and sightseeing, it was amazing to relax with a manicure and pedicure at Premier Nails, then head back to this comfortable hotel. Highly recommend this combination for anyone staying in River North!"

The front desk staff are absolute gems and I couldn't feel more welcome while in a situation that I had to be away from the family. There is so much to do in walking distance and it is a very safe area."
