Enjoyed the lay out of a mini couch in front of the tv. They had a Tesla charger station on site which was helpful since we rented one during our vacation. Would highly recommend!"

Ample parking on site with quick access to the highway. Highlight of the stay was front desk agent Brandon. Our trip to Flagstaff was last minute with the only plan to go to the Grand Canyon. We inquired with Brandon for things to do and he delivered! Buffalo Park for our morning walks, Sunset Crater, Wupatki National Monument, and Walnut Canyon. Thank you Brandon for the great recommendations!"

Our stay was made comfortable and special care taken by Jenny and Minh ensuring we have a great experience. Only thing to note- prebook your parking at the hotel since there are limited spots but also some spots to park on street, i.e.- free from 7PM-7AM. M Overall great staff and team."

The only draw back was we thought there was a Jacuzzi in the pool area. The photos showed it. But when I went there, there was no Jacuzzi only pool. So big let down. Close to highway 40 and other main roads. Close to shopping centers of Flagstaff, and next to a big Walmart. Parking is not free, online it says $8. They didn't ask if I wanted to pay for parking when I checked-in, they just assumed we wanted to pay for it or wanted it, imo it would be better if they let us know before hand. Looks like they didn't bill me for it yet after I checked out. Didn't see any good spots for Elite members close to entrance, would be nice if they had those to show some appreciation. There were a lot of people after Christmas so parking can be hard to come by."

Usually other properties have one in the corridor or someplace outside the bathroom. Also no microwave ! Bathroom was well maintained, water pressure was amazingly good. The lobby is okay. Did not see any free amenities like water or coffee in the lobby. The approach road into the property is narrow and curves - really dangerous if not paying attention to oncoming traffic."
