Courtyard by Marriott Las Cruces at NMSU

"Not that this is a 5star hotel, but it is a 5 star Marriot Courtyard. Very clean and updated.. and the lounge bar area is truly special. Booths for privacy and fire pit and super nice patio. Above the average happy hour and breakfast .. nice, not free but very well done for just a lobby bar- which isn’t an actual restaurant. The rooms have a Kuerig, mini fridge and microwave. And there’s a Starbucks in the lobby. Very nice place for such a small low rent town."

"We've stayed here at least 6 times, if not more when in town to visit family. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are spacious. The staff has been extremely accommodating, even once when our reservation through a third-party booking didn't go through right. It's usually slightly more expensive than the similar hotels we sometimes stay at in town (especially since breakfast isn't included), but the location is very good, it has a nice gym, and the rooms and lobby are very comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again."

"I stopped here on my way from San Antonio Texas to hurricane Utah and it will be my forever stop place from now on immaculate the rooms are gorgeous. They have a 24 hour Starbucks they have a bistro that’s open until 10 PM. Very pleasant staff. The rooms were spotless."

"After visiting White Sands, we decided to stay in a nearby college town according to people’s recommendations. Unfortunately, our first room was on the first floor even though I requested to be placed on a higher level. This room had a sliding window that opened into the front of the building without a lock. As two women staying at a hotel, this felt like it compromised our safety. The room also had no blackout curtains, and some of the lights in the room didn’t work. After speaking with the staff, we were moved to another room on a higher level. Although they were quick to respond to our concerns, I wish they had accommodated our request at the start. Thankfully by the end, our stay was highlighted by the cleanliness of the rooms and sufficient parking. The amenities in the room included a refrigerator, microwave and even a bidet in the restroom."
