I ordered the Thunder Burger, and it was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful—hands down a 10/10. A huge shoutout to Elayna B. in the kitchen; your skills are unmatched! Also, a big thank you to Carrie, my server, who was attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience seamless. It’s rare to find this level of food quality and service in a hotel restaurant. If you’re in downtown OKC, do yourself a favor and come see these two for a Thunder Burger. I’ll definitely be back!""

We recently stayed at the Marriott near the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City while traveling from Georgia for my husband to receive his new Slingshot prosthetic, and our experience was truly wonderful from start to finish. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, kind, and professional during our stay. A special thank you to the General Manager, Kristine, who was absolutely fantastic—always helpful, always smiling, and truly a perfect example of what great hospitality service should look like. Her warm attitude made a stressful trip feel much more comfortable and welcoming. The location near the Thunder arena was very convenient, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and every interaction with staff made us feel genuinely cared for—not just like another reservation. We are so grateful for the kindness we received and highly recommend this Marriott to anyone visiting Oklahoma City, whether for medical travel, business, or vacation."

"Perfectly located in the heart of downtown OKC, this hotel sits right in the middle of everything. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Convention Center and just steps away from the OKC Thunder stadium—you can actually see the arena from some rooms, including mine. That’s either a pro or a con, depending on your timing. It’s great for accessibility and convenience, but I imagine game nights completely transform the area from a quiet neighborhood into a lively, chaotic scene. I stayed during an extended Thunder road trip, so it was calm, but I’m curious to see how it feels when they’re home. The staff were excellent. Chema at check-in made me feel genuinely welcome, and Arianna and Patricia, who managed the breakfast buffet, were absolute gems, pleasant, attentive, and clearly proud of their work. It’s people like them who quietly make travel experiences better. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, though I did notice the door didn’t fully close unless pulled tight, so double-check that when you arrive. The Wi-Fi didn’t just lag, it didn’t work at all the first day. I ended up calling tech support while Chema tried everything to help troubleshoot. Thankfully, it was resolved by the next day. The area is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes, so finding a meal or coffee isn’t an issue. Overall, a great stay—comfortable, well-located, and run by a team that truly cares about guests."

"This is our go to place to stay when we stay in OKC. It’s in a great location, the rooms are always clean and staff is very nice. Tera the bartender always makes our stay and is one of the reasons we always choose this hotel. She’s always kind and can make pretty much anything you want."
