"Once a month I stay at this property for business, and every time I check in and head toward the bar, I’m greeted by a wonderfully welcoming bartender. Lauren is always cheerful, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel at home. On one occasion when there wasn’t a cook available, she was sincerely apologetic, suggested great places to eat nearby, and made sure I was taken care of the next time I visited. She is the reason I keep going back!"
