5 months ago"The check in process was easy through the bonvoy app. When I arrived at the hotel the staff was attentive & made sure to ask if I needed anything else before I went to my room. The bistro staff were great & made sure that my coffee was made correctly. The room was spacious, clean & I enjoyed having a balcony. I would highly recommend staying here."

3 months ago"Great property, the renovations are nice and bring it back up to par. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lots has a ton of odd QR codes prompting for parking payment. I didn't recall seeing that in the pricing at the time of booking and the desk never mentioned it so I didn't pay or scan it"

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Springfield is a perfect example of why I have loyalty for the brand. The staff are top notch and incredibly professional. They greeted me with a smile and made me immediately feel welcome. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Other chains may skimp on room comfort and quietness, but not this Courtyard. Definitely my go to place for future business trips to Springfield and leading to my switching my national travel arrangements to Marriott."
