It was past 10:00pm when I got to the hotel for check in and there was an issue with delta miles/Expedia and they had been trying to resolve it even before I arrived. I called Expedia (who is the middle broker for delta and they told me they wanted to refund me my miles and to pay for the hotel myself then hung up on me while on hold) Paige then called back and did everything she could to make sure I had a room and finally got everything resolved. They were so nice and caring during the whole process! I stayed here the week before and everything was also perfect! Will definitely be my go to hotel when traveling to St. Louis!"

Gym looked above average, no pool or hot tub. Police in parking lot day of departure made us uneasy. Shares parking lot with a few places to eat. Room was clean minus a few hairs in the bathroom. The glasses/stemless wine cups in room were an elegant touch. Everything was as it should be, liked the area compared to where we were traveling for an event. Bathtub was nice after a long day!"

All of the staff were fantastic from the sales team that coordinated block rooms and helped us plan some gatherings in the beautiful lobby space, to the front desk, bartender, and custodial staff were fantastic in accomodating us using the common space of the hotel to welcome our guests on Friday evening and send them off on Sunday morning. I personally stayed in one of the rooms, and as someone who travels for work a lot, was very impressed with the quality of the rooms for the price per night."

She was able to help me get settled quickly to get ready for the service. Employees like Amanda are the reason I am loyal to the Marriott brand! Thank you for being kind, compassionate, and helpful!"
