"This is our third year staying here. Pam is the best. She was so accommodating when due to unforeseen circumstances we had to keep changing our arrival date this year. The park is extremely clean and very quiet. Pads are large and you have ample room for additional vehicles. Already made our plans for 2026. We have family here and this spot puts us right in the middle of our families. The park is in a potential flash flood zone. It is stated in your confirmation. You need to stay aware when there is a lot of rain in a short time. The staff notifies you as soon as they feel there is a potential threat. It happened while we were here this past May. They knocked on the door at 1:30 a.m. to notify us. We appreciate the owner’s attention when the weather gets bad. They stay on top of the flood situation constantly when there is a potential problem. The campground next door has no one local to notify them of a potential problem."
