a year ago"Ok so I had an emergency in my building and needed a hotel room at 1:30am. This place by no means is it the Ritz Carlton. it’s more like a dorm style motel is cash only. But the customer service was phenomenal. The front desk lady was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless clean. The bed was comfortable and the floor I was on was super quiet. If you need a cheap clean place for a few nights, this is it. it’s close to the Pulaski Orange line station to restaurants and supermarkets and they have parking. Honestly I don’t have a single negative thing to say about the place. Just remember, it is cash only. And during checkout, the customer service was just as excellent. Don’t go in expecting a fancy hotel, but understand that it is clean and quiet and well kept."

2 months ago"I enjoy being at the Crossroads hotel, its an older hotel off of 53rd and Pulaski. Its one block from the Orange Line and theres a bust stop right out front. There are many stores and strip malls in the area. Its quite peaceful and 5 minutes from Midway airport."

5 years ago"I'm so happy here the owners are attentive to your needs. The staff are very kind and patient with me. The maids are quick at making the beds, and cleaning. They are wonderful housekeepers. I'm staying until requested to evacuate the premises. Crossing my fingers to staying a lifetime. Unless the staff change 👍. Or I can no longer afford the unit."
