"I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza. My room was spotless, and you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The staff was absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I especially want to shout out Jamie, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"We are day 2 into our week long stay and so far have nothing but great things to say! The hotel is very quiet, beautiful, and roomy. The customer service from the front desk to the bar staff have all been wonderful! We are greeted every time we walk into the lobby and past the bar. The front desk also checked in with us to make sure we everything was to our liking. Our room is super quiet and very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and the big chair in the room is a big happy place for our 6year old. We love the fact that the bar has food and not just drinks!"

"Just wanted to share that we checked in today at Burr Ridge Crowne Plaza and were very impressed. Shared with front desk staff Jaime how we had just flown in and he got us situated right away and was very courteous, friendly and helpful! Room is very clean and we look forward to our 6 day stay, thank you Jaime! Byw-stopped by the bar to get a drink before meeting up with family & let me tell you, Tomás the bartender made some of the best drinks we've ever had. They were perfect 👌 Highly recommend stopping by the bar! Second day, still impressed with the hospitality. Went to the breakfast buffet and William was very attentive, professional and friendly. "I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Burr Ridge, IL while attending the Gifted Hands International Doula Training, and it was an amazing experience! My room was very cozy and clean which made it a great place to unwind from my routine yet prepare for my event and reason I booked the hotel stay. The conference rooms were spacious and great for all we needed to do during clinicals. The staff were very attentive and greeted on a regular basis. Jaime and James were the helpful staff I remembered. ~Courtney"

"The facility is fine. It's a low-rise hotel, which I greatly prefer to taller buildings. There's a restaurant with really good food and a bar. The hotel has a ballroom that seems to be pretty popular. What really sets this place apart for me is the staff. They are clearly a team who know and like one another, rather than the anonymous desk workers in some locations. They are all really nice, too. Friendly and just genuinely nice people. Thomas worked in the restaurant today and welcomed me in, ensured I was comfortable and had all I needed. James, the bartender, is really nice, too, we talked about renovating our houses. The young man who checked me in was great but I don't remember his name right now. I arrived very late and he was considerate and kind. Thank you for such a lovely group of people."
