Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop by IHG

"I had a very nice experience at the Crown Plaza West Loop in Chicago. The breakfast was well worth including as it is had very good hot and cold options. The restaurant was great for other meals as well. It was in walking distance of great Greek food, Whole Foods, several markets, and the best pizza ever at Nancy's Pizza. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The only thing I didn't care for was the barn door into the bathroom that also didn't have a fan. Otherwise, it was great and I'd stay there again."

"🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I usually stay at the Ritz-Carlton, but my assistant accidentally booked the Crowne Plaza Chicago for a week of private equity meetings with financial firms—and I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and very convenient for all my business appointments. The staff was professional and accommodating, making sure everything ran smoothly. While I’m used to a luxury stay, the Crowne Plaza exceeded expectations in terms of service, ease, and overall experience. It turned out to be a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider it again for business trips or even a fun vacation for shopping with the family. I took an uber everywhere but in the summer I’m sure you could easily walk. It was beautiful 😌🙂🥹😍🥰 The employees were 10/10 it was wonderful."

"Stayed here during an overnight trip to Chicago, and enjoyed the Century located area for walking and getting around the city. It’s close to plenty of parking garages with just a few minute walk, and plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby. The front staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and they had great pillows. Large bathroom with great water, pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet at the Rye was pretty great, and I would recommend that for a convenient meal."

"My experience at the Crowne Plaza was made genuinely exceptional thanks to Regina at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she made everything easy. She was warm, efficient, and attentive, she made direct bill through my organization effortless. Which is a kind of a miracle. While the hotel wasn’t resort, clean and comfortable. The food was great. Street Regina is the kind of person who turns a good stay into a great one. The hotel is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!"
