Everything was clean and the front desk lady was so helpful and so nice and there’s cameras everywhere for everyone saying it’s sketchy . The location is perfect I encounter no problems. If I’m ever back in Albuquerque I would definitely really stay here again."

5 months ago"Landed in Albuquerque on a day so hot my bag started sweating. Hopped on the free bus and arrived in 30 minutes. I met Heidi at check-in. She fired off jokes like a stand-up comic with amazing hospitality. I immediately felt looked after. I hit a small snag during the stay, but Heidi and the team handled it with amazing kindness. Even late at night I saw some staff popping out for Coke, which weirdly made me feel extra safe. Some of the facilities are vintage. Rooms vary wildly like parallel universes. But the staff's effort more than balances the quirks. I left Albuquerque with good memories and a grin. Happy birthday, Heidi! 🎉"
