I've been to tons of anime conventions of all sizes, and this hotel was simply wonderful. The lovely women at the front desk were so sweet and I'd honestly go back just to see them! But let's not forget the fantastic gentleman at the bar; Richard! That man makes a mean drink and left a wonderful impression on my husband and I. I am hoping we can make the trip back here someday!"

They've always been able to accommodate any requests I've had and having access to the Delta lounge is a nice amenity. Rachael is not only a wonderful asset to have locally, I'd put her in the top personalities across the entire brand. She is always so welcoming, kind and willing to help out any way possible. Thank you for making every stay enjoyable."

Count this as one as one of the good ones I've been to, the building had good bones. The service here was top notch, all staff I encountered were consistently friendly and the manager personally welcomed me by email, in person, and by greeting card, recognizing and thanking me for my status. The room is comfortable and has upgraded fixtures and features. The Pantry has a decent assortment of snacks and light breakfast items that make up for a lack of included breakfast. Location is convenient to the highway but just away enough to be quiet. Parking is convenient in the covered lot. I will return on future travels to the OKC area."
