2 months ago"I used to live in Albuquerque, and I was back in town for business. This hotel has a lot of characteristics that I like at great value, so I decided to take a chance. I am very glad that I stayed here. The views from the upper floors are amazing, the staff was very helpful and kind, and the hotel parking is very convenient. Having a monitored parking lot in Albuquerque is huge if you're worried about break-ins. I want to gush about the staff in particular. I misplaced an irreplaceable heirloom necklace that belonged to my grandmother somewhere in my room, and I was beside myself with worry that it was gone forever. I called the hotel the moment I noticed it was missing, and the housekeeping manager, Cecille Prando, was incredibly kind and helpful, and found the necklace for me. It was in the lost and found! I was beyond impressed and relieved. If that isn't enough, the hotel is located very conveniently for downtown and it's a short walk to Central Avenue. The airport is a short drive and you're not stuck with the interstate if traffic is backed up. Definitely staying here again next time I'm in town!"
