"We stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacation club which is located at the top 6 floors! There are large 1 bedroom suites so it is nice to have the extra space available. It does not have a kitchenette but a frig and small microwave. You can ask for plates, silverware, and glasses from the restaurant in the lobby ! The people are very nice and helpful! We had some issues with the furnace in the room, which was very noisy , but engineering staff was very fast to come and check it out!"

"This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. From check in to check out the staff were all amazing and so polite. The front desk agent who checked me in, (I didn't get a name) was very helpful and fun to have check me in with my mom. The Housekeeping staff, (all of them, we had a different on each day) that serviced the room during the entire stay were amazing and so friendly. The restaurant and bar staff is where we had the most memorable of all. Each one of our servers and bartenders were the best we've ever had. Jose A. Was the one we interacted with the most and made us feel like the hotel was our second home. Jose G, Sandra (supervisor) Eric, Gustavo, Daniella were all truly amazing. Some of the best customer service I have ever had, so polite, funny and comfortable to be around. This hotel should be honored to have such great people working for and with them. I can't wait until I return to Chicago, I will definitely stay here again"

"We received better service from the staff here than we have at literal 5 star hotels. Breanna at the first desk was so nice, along with several gentleman who work here. I went down to the lobby to see if someone could help me with something and I was met with assistance within 5 feet from the elevator and before I could even ask for it. I do believe the hotel rooms could have been a little cleaner, they definitely were cleaned before we arrived but it seemed like a couple spots may have been missed. Both times we have stayed here the temperature control in the room worked very well, never heard noise from other guest, the view was pretty. They give you water bottles and cookies upon arrival, which is a very nice touch. Cannot speak about parking as we didn't need it."
