5 months ago"We've been coming here for four years to visit the snow. We were lucky enough to come few days before Christmas and the hotel was decorated so beautifully. They have two restaurants in the hotel. We've only tried the American one but next time we'll try the Japanese one. We've only eaten in the American style for breakfast and dinner. They are delicious and wait staffs are just wonderful. Warm Cookies after dinner "perfection". I had to give 4 stars because our toilet paper holder was hanging from a hole. It was disappointing since I would think house keeping would have seen it. Every time we come to this hotel the rooms are always perfect. Yes they are old but it's always clean and nothing is broken. Other than toilet paper holder the room, hotel staffs, restaurant and the cookies were 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thank you and see you next year ♥️. We just found guest laundry in the third floor. Awesome!!!"

4 months ago"Amazing hotel for our little family. Staff was above and beyond. All welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast, my kids loved it. Breakfast vouchers are worth the price. Only thing was our bathtub had hair strands from previous guests, could have been cleaned better. Still we high recommend. Looking forward to coming back here again."
