in the last week"Had the hotel make mistake on a room booking but was compensated for and well lookes after. Thank you Amber! Ambience and location was great! Close to shops and Tokyo Town which is beautiful at night! Rooms were relatively tidy and working air conditioners is great for any time of the season! +++ It can be very busy at the reception at times because of the amount of people checking in/out so props to all the receptionists!"

2 weeks ago"Hotel - below regular double tree standards. Rooms - good. Housekeeping - needs improvement. Location- good for people who like Japanese food in vicinity. Check in time 2-4 PM I came at 11 AM and had to wait for 3 hours. No swimming pool. Overall for the price and the brand - Below Par. 7-11 store next door- very basic."
