"We had our wedding at DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Jacqueline was amazing from our first tour through wedding day organized, supportive, and wonderful to work with. On the day of the wedding, Renee and the service team were fantastic. The staff was attentive and professional, and everything ran smoothly, including the cake cutting and service. Our guests loved the outdoor cocktail hour. It was a huge hit! Our wedding was a success, and we’re so grateful to the entire team. We’re very happy we chose this venue and would highly recommend it."

"intact: Gorgeous place! I’ve stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it. The rooms are excellent, and I especially enjoy the complimentary hot chocolate cookies. The restaurant is my favorite spot—Rosy and Diane are my wonderful waitresses, and their service truly makes you feel at home. Thank you to the entire team! This is one of the best hotels in the U.S. I’m an airline pilot, so I know what I’m talking about. Highly recommended!"

"I have stayed in many, many hotels over the years, but it is truly a rarity to find a hotel whose staff genuinely cares about guests, and goes out of their way to help. I had a medical situation that required me to ask extra of the staff, and to extend my stay. They were amazing. I don't mean one staff member, I mean all of them, from front desk to housekeeping and bellhop. They all went above and beyond without me having to ask. Additionally, I had a very nice room with nice view of the fountain and pool. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent. I wish I had taken down the names of the staff that helped me, so I could thank them personally. I will definitely stay there again."

"Hilton remains my preferred accommodation choice due to its consistent quality and reliability. This particular DoubleTree by Hilton location at the Ontario, CA airport effectively represents the brand, though the property itself appears somewhat dated. The front desk staff provided exceptional assistance and a welcoming experience. While the beds were comfortable, the shower water temperature was insufficient. The property offers a range of amenities, including a pool and hot tub area, and a well-equipped fitness center. Additionally, there are two reputable restaurants and a lobby bar on-site. We recently hosted a regional conference here and received outstanding service from Cindy, Alfredo, and the entire staff who catered our breakfast and lunch for two days. I commend their excellent work in serving our conference attendees."
