Jessica especially stood out—she was friendly, professional, and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. The free breakfast and dinner were a huge bonus and made the stay even better. The overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

in the last week"Out of all of the Albuquerque hotels I’ve stayed at, this is the best one. The staff was friendly and kind. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Unfortunately, we missed out on the free dinner & popcorn & drinks. I would say that the only downside to this location is the noise from the highway. My family will stay here again next time!"

2 months ago"First time staying at Drury Hotel and it was amazing! although the hotel was very busy with guests, we enjoyed our complementary dinner and breakfast it was such great quality and taste, excellent service of the staff all around. Room was clean and comfortable, enjoyed the nice warm pool, and jacuzzi twice!! both very clean. We stayed in an upper level room, elevators worked perfectly fine, normal smells of hotel but nothing odd or bad. Highly recommend Will return thanks Drury!"

a month ago"Always great staff food and rooms got the last room this trip it was packed and that front staff had been through a long day by the time they saw me and still friendly in great mood. Then after I left at 4 in afternoon they had to tell everyone no rooms that would be tuff the rest of night. The free drinks and supper for a few hours as well as great breakfast is really good deal keep that up as long as you can."

a month ago"The hotel itself was great for my family -- clean room, comfortable bed, decent food, good location. Anna and the other buffet staff are wonderful. The shower has great pressure and gets quite hot, but if you're the first to shower, let it run for 5 minutes to heat up. My only real complaint is that my room wasn't cleaned during my 3 night stay. I had to ask the front desk for clean towels and she confirmed that it was supposed to be cleaned, so no idea why it wasn't."
